1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of laundrocloud.com and the LaundroCloud application (together, the "Service"), provided by Buenotech Healthcare LLP, operating under the Bueno Innovations brand ("LaundroCloud", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

LaundroCloud is a cloud-based laundry management software that provides order management, garment barcode tracking, billing, WhatsApp customer notifications, rider delivery management and business analytics for laundry and dry-cleaning businesses.

3. Accounts

To use the LaundroCloud application, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to paid plans (Basic, Standard, Premium and any add-ons) is billed according to the pricing displayed on our website at the time of purchase, or as agreed in a separate order form for custom/Premium plans. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Send unsolicited or unauthorized messages through the WhatsApp or SMS notification features;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• Upload data you do not have the right to store or process.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the order, customer and business data you enter into LaundroCloud. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to store and process that data, including customer contact details used for WhatsApp notifications.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and content, is owned by Buenotech Healthcare LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, including "LaundroCloud" and "Bueno Innovations".

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep LaundroCloud available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes to the Service from time to time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buenotech Healthcare LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
